1. The quotations are valid only for 14 days from the date of this email.

2. This is only a quotation. No reservation has been made and it is subject to availability. 

3. All rates quoted are based on current USD value and subject to changes without notice. 

4. All rates quoted are net and Non-commissionable. 

5. All rates quoted are applicable for the above group size and period stated therein. If the group size / period is changed, the tour fare will vary accordingly & will advise you with a revised quotation. 

6. All the sightseeing’s & attraction tickets are non-transferrable & non re routable at any time

7. All the sightseeing’s & attractions are subject to changes as per the weather conditions at the destination

8. Payment methods – credit & debit cards /TT/Bank transfers

9. Our quotation is based on standard flight arrival/departure timings, if your flight falls in midnight (Between 11:00 PM - 07:00AM) we will advise the additional surcharges if any. 

10. The above special rates are not applicable during high occupancy period of hotel/airline which is subject to change with market conditions. And the hotel/airline reserves the rights to demand for additional surcharges during high occupancy days. In that event, we will be compelled to revise the quotation. 

11. Kindly note that the Standard Hotel check in time is 1500 hours, check out time is 1200 hours & it may vary. 

12. Early check-in /late check-out / Bed type / Adjoining room is subject to availability & extra charges if any. 

13. Security deposit payments at the hotels to be paid by the guest directly to the reception

14. Charges may apply for damages to the rooms & additional services gained by the guest – all charges to be bared by the guest before check out of the property.

15. We highly recommend you visit the trip advisor or similar websites to see the reviews on hotels/rooms/attractions before making any reservations/bookings. 

16. Our Head Office (Sri Lanka) operation hours are Monday – Friday, 10 am to 7 pm local time.

17. We will not accept any last-minute arrivals to maintain hassle free business practices. 

18. Bank & other charges – if applicable, guest to bare the said cost

19. Full Payment must be settled prior to 30 days of arrival date. If not, bookings will be cancelled without further notice to avoid cancellation charges by our vendors. Hence, please request the traveler to plan well in advance to avoid disappointments.

20. Cancellation charges in detail

- 30 days prior to arrival : Full refundable**

- 15 days prior to arrival : 50% chargeable from the quoted amount**

- 07 – 00 days prior to arrival : 100% chargeable of the quoted amount**

- No show – 100% chargeable

- ** If the ground arrangements & other services are booked/blocked on non-refundable basis , 100% chargeable of the quoted amount
